In the year 2007 Jesus David Torres (Known as Dahvie Vanity) started a band called LOVE THE FASHION, the band consisted of the three members; Dahvie Vanity, Christopher Mongillo and Rebecca Fugate. This trio was supposed to be a joke, but shortly evolved into the band we love today called BLOOD ON THE DANCE FLOOR.
The first album released by the group was called Let's Start a Riot!
The second was soon released that same year as opposed to advertising their band, it was called It's Hard to be a Diamond in a Rhinestone World. Due to complications involving schedules, Christopher and Rebecca soon left the group while Dahvie travelled around Orlando.
Shortly after the SGTC (Slash Gash Terror Crew) fanbase started and grew in numbers.
During the tour Dahvie met Garrett Ecstasy, who soon joined the band. They began recording new music early in the year 2009. Around this time they released I Scream I Scream EP, OMFG Sneak Peak EP, and Extended Play.
They then went on the OMFG tour around the USA in support of their new EPs.Garrett Ecstasy was soon replaced by Jeremy Brian Griffis (Known as Jayy Von Monroe). They also added a new rapper called Matty M. who recorded for their junior album which began near the end of 2009. However once again a Trio was to become a Duo when Matty M. was dismissed and Jayy took over rapping duties.
